Burnt potato cake! Black potato pancakes on the bottom were served for my very hungry daughter. The waitress said that the cook uses raw dough and they would not be ready otherwise. My stove at home has a temperature regulator and I always fry the raw buffers first at low speed and then golden yellow at high temperature and I have no cooking education. We will definitely not eat here again.

The goulash soup was not tasty, the rösti looked like from the freezer. The salmon was delicious, as was the honey mustard sauce. Also the cakes looked very good, the one we wanted was sold out, other cake was not offered. The waitress was a bit curt and did not have her best day.
